Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of BakerOrder. By using BakerOrder, you agree to these Terms.
1. What BakerOrder does
BakerOrder is a simple order and quote tracker for home bakers. BakerOrder helps users track custom bakery orders, quotes, deposits, customer details, pickup or delivery notes, public order requests, customer-ready summaries, and related bakery workflow. BakerOrder is a business organization tool. It does not guarantee sales, customers, profits, compliance, or business results.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to legally use BakerOrder and enter into these Terms. If you use BakerOrder for a business, you represent that you have authority to use BakerOrder for that business and to enter information related to that business. BakerOrder is not intended for children under 13.
3. Accounts
Some BakerOrder features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login information secure, all activity under your account, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. This device only and synced workspace
BakerOrder may allow device-only use and synced workspace use. If you use this device only, your data may be stored only on your device. You are responsible for protecting and backing up device-only data. If you use a synced workspace, your data may be stored using BakerOrder cloud services and connected service providers.
5. Public order pages
BakerOrder may allow bakers to create public order pages where customers can submit requests. You are responsible for the content on your public page, your policies, pricing, customer communication, reviewing requests before accepting orders, and complying with applicable laws and business requirements. A public request submitted through BakerOrder is not automatically a confirmed order unless the baker separately confirms it. BakerOrder currently does not collect customer payments through the public request form.
6. Customer information
You may enter or receive customer information through BakerOrder, including names, contact information, order details, and notes. You are responsible for using customer information lawfully, obtaining any necessary customer consent, and not entering sensitive information that is unnecessary for bakery order tracking.
7. Payments and records
BakerOrder may allow you to record deposits, balances, payment status, or payment notes. BakerOrder currently does not process payments inside the app. Any actual payment between a baker and customer happens outside BakerOrder unless payment features are added in the future.
8. No legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice
BakerOrder is not a law firm, accountant, tax advisor, financial advisor, or business consultant. Information, reports, pricing tools, or summaries in BakerOrder are provided for organization and convenience only.
9. Subscriptions and paid features
BakerOrder may offer paid plans or subscriptions in the future. Current plan previews, pricing displays, or coming-soon labels may be informational only and may not represent active billing.
10. Account and data deletion
You may request account or data deletion by contacting support@bakerorder.com or visiting https://bakerorder.com/delete-account. Some data may be retained where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
BakerOrder is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
